Boniface Okechukwu Offokaja (21 ga Mayu 1940 - 10 Nuwamba 2018) ma'aikacin gidan rediyon Najeriya ne. Ya kasance daya daga cikin daliban makarantun sakandire da suka wakilci Najeriya a muhawarar makarantar sakandare ta 1957.[1][2] Ya zama dan Najeriya na farko da ya zama shugaban sashen labarai na gidan talabijin na Najeriya (NTV) a shekarar 1963.[3]

An haifi Offokaja a yankin Arewacin Najeriya ( jihar Kano ta yanzu) a ranar 21 ga Mayu 1940. Iyayensa su ne Thomas Igala Offokaja da Susanna Offokaja.[4][3]

Ya halarci St. Gregory College, Lagos, Nigeria.[5][6][7] Daga baya ya shiga Jami'ar London, inda ya karanta tarihi da tattalin arziki. Daga nan ya wuce Jami'ar Sorbonne da ke Paris inda ya karanta History of Ideas. Daga baya ya zama mai watsa shirye-shirye na aiki.

Offokaja yayi aiki a matsayin mai watsa labarai. Shi ne dan Najeriya na farko da ya shugabanci sashen labarai na gidan talabijin na Najeriya (NTV) tun daga watan Yuni 1963.

A lokacin yakin basasar Najeriya (1967-1970), ya yi aiki da kamfanin dillancin labarai na AFP a Jihar Gabas ta Tsakiya . Daga baya ya zama daraktan labarai da al'amuran yau da kullun.

Ya yi ritaya daga aiki a 1984, a matsayin babban darakta na Sabis na Watsa Labarai na Anambara (ABS). Gwamnatin Jihar Anambra ta bi shi bashin wani bangare na kudin ritayar sa da ya samu a lokacin gwamnatin Gwamna Willie Obiano, a shekarar 2017, tare da wani gogaggen dan wasan kwaikwayo na Nollywood, Pete Edochie, wanda ya yi aiki a wuri guda kuma ya yi ritaya a 1998.
