Niyi Akinmolayan ɗan fim ne na Najeriya kuma darakta,[1] haka-zalika ɗaya daga cikin fitattun jaruman Nollywood. Fina-finansa biyar sun yi fice a cikin manyan fina-finan Najeriya 50 da suka fi samun kudin shiga: The Wedding Party 2 (2017) Chief Daddy (2018), Prophetess (2021), My Village People (2021), da The Set Up (2019). Shi ne kuma wanda ya kafa kuma Daraktan Creative Anthill Studios, cibiyar samar da kafofin watsa labaru. Fim ɗinsa na farko mai suna Kajola, wanda aka saki a cikin 2010, gwaji ne,[5] amma masu shirya fina-finai da masu suka sun burge shi.[6]
Akinmolayan ya kafa kamfaninsa na, Anthill Productions, a cikin 2008, wanda ya ba da tasirin gani na fim din Kajola.[5][7]

An zabi fim din don Kyautar Kyautar Masu Kallon Kayayyakin Fim na 2015 don Mafi kyawun Fim (Drama).[8]
A cikin 2015, Akinmolayan kuma ya jagoranci fina-finan Falling' tare da Adesua Etomi, Desmond Elliot da Blossom Chukwujekwu, da Out of Luck wanda ya nuna Linda Ejiofor, Tope Tedela da Jide Kosoko. Fim ɗin ya ci gaba da samun kyautar Akinmolayan a matsayin mafi kyawun darakta a lambar yabo ta 2016 Nigeria Entertainment Awards, kuma fitacciyar 'yar wasan kwaikwayo Adesua Etomi ta lashe kyautar mafi kyawun 'yar wasan kwaikwayo a 2016 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards.
A watan Disambar 2016, Akinmolayan ya fitar da wani gajeren fim mai suna PlayThing, fim din 3D animated, wanda aka fara haska shi a gidan sinima na FilmOne IMAX da ke Legas, don yin tsokaci.[9]
A cikin 2017, an nuna fim ɗinsa The Arbitration da jarumi OC Ukeje ya fito tare da Adesua Etomi a bikin Fina-Finai na Duniya a Toronto.[10] Bayan nasarar da fim din ya samu, Akinmolayan ya fara gasa a shafinsa na masu son rubutawa, inda ya karbi rubuce-rubuce sama da 300, wanda ya kai ga fitar da gajeren fim din Room 315.[11]
A cikin 2017, saboda nasarar liyafar Plaything, Akinmolayan ya samar da wani shiri mai dogon zango tare da haɗin gwiwar Friesland Campina WAMCO Nigeria Plc, mai suna Adventures of Lola and Chuchu.[12] A cikin 2019, Akinmolayan ya fito da Malika: Warrior Queen, wani fim ɗin raye-raye na Najeriya wanda ya dogara da littafin labari mai hoto daga Roye Okupe, marubuci kuma Shugaba na YouNeek Studios.[13]
