Viola Adaku Onwuliri (An haifeta ranar 18 ga watan Yuni, 1956) lakcara ce, a jami'a a fannin koyar da darasin; ilmin kimiyyar nazari akan magungunan abubuwa masu rai-(Biochemistry), kuma ta kasance ƴar siyasa wadda ta taɓa zama ministan harkokin wajen Najeriya.

Viola Onwuliri ita ce ƴar fari, ta farko ga gidan Sarki Eze Cletus da Ugoeze Dorathy Oparaoji na Amuzi, Ahiazu Mbaise LGA, Jihar Imo.[1] Ta fito daga Ahiazu Mbaise a jihar Imo, Najeriya kuma an haife ta a birnin Legas a shekarar 1956. Ta halarci Makarantar Sakandaren Ƴan mata ta Owerri kafin Jami’ar Najeriya, Nsukka inda ta samu digiri na biyu da sakamakon/matakin (2nd Class Upper 2:1) a fannin Biochemistry.[1] Ta kuma halarci Jami'ar Jos inda ta sami digiri na PGCE, MSc a fannin Applied Organic Chemistry da PhD a Molecular Biochemistry. Sannan ta tafi kwasa-kwasan satifiket a Jami’ar Howard da Harvard School of Public Health da ke Amurka.[2]

Viola ta komo Najeriya inda ta samu aiki a shekarar 1981; a 2004 ta zama Farfesa a fannin Biochemistry 2004 a Jami'ar Jos.[ana buƙatar hujja] Ita da Mijinta, Celestine Onwuliri, sun haifi ƴaƴa biyar.

A matsayinta na matar mataimakin shugaban FUTO kuma shugabar ƙungiyar mata ta FUTO (FUTOWA) (2006-2011), [17] [18] ta taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen samar da ayyukan yi, ci gaban FUTO ta hanyar ƙungiyar, FUTOWA ciki har da samar da wuraren kula da yara ga ma'aikata da ɗalibai, kafa cibiyar bunƙasa yara da kuma ɗaukaka matsayin mata a FUTO. Ta haifar da ce-ce-ku-ce a karshen shekarar 2013 a matsayinta na Ministar Harkokin Waje a lokacin da ta buƙaci Gwamnan Imo a lokacin ya ba da lissafin kuɗaɗen da aka kashe daga Gwamnatin Tarayya da ya karɓa a madadin Jihar Imo, ciki har da (kuɗin); Sure-P Fund, magance zaizayar ƙasa., Kuɗaɗen Ambaliyar Ruwa, Kason Kudi na ƙananan hukumomi, Kason NDDC da sauran Kuɗaɗe [7] A matsayinta na Ministar Harkokin Waje ta yi ƙoƙari wajen sake kullawa da kyautata alaƙa da ƴan Najeriya mazauna ƙasashen waje, a matsayin mataki na farko na samar da yanayin da zai jawo hankalin ƴan Nijeriya mazauna ƙasashen waje a cikin harkar, Cimma ajandar/burin shugaban ƙasa da kuma jawo hankalin ƙaruwar zuba hannun jari kai tsaye na ƙasashen waje da kuma kuɗaɗen da ake turawa kai tsaye zuwa kasashen waje wanda ya kai dala biliyan 8 da dala biliyan 21 a lokacin mulkinta, [19] [20] tana aiki don inganta gami da mutuntawa da kuma kyautata mu'amalar ƴan Najeriya a cikin ƙasashen waje; Kuma ta zama ministar Najeriya ta farko da ta karɓi baƙuncin a hukumance a jami'ar Black University, Jami'ar Howard . [21] A matsayinta na Ministar Harkokin Wajen Najeriya daga 11 ga Yuli 2011-22 Oktoba 2014, wadda ta haɗa da zama minista-1-1 sannan ta zama minista mai kula da harkokin ƙasashen waje tsakanin 2013 zuwa 2014 kafin daga bisani ta koma ma'aikatar ilimi a matsayinta Jiha-1 Minista. A cikin 2015, gwamnatin Najeriya ta naɗa ta matsayin Pro-Chancellor na Jami'ar Maritime ta Najeriya (NMU) [29] [30] kuma a matsayin shugaban majalisa. [29] [31] [32]
