An haifi Ado Bayero a ranar 25 ga watan Yulin shekarata alif 1930 a cikin dangin sarauta na dangin Fulani Sullubawa wanda ya mallaki Masarautar Kano tun shekarar alif 1819. Bayero ya fara karatunsa a Kano yana karatun Islama, bayan haka ya halarci Makarantar tsakiya ta Kano (yanzu Kwalejin Rumfa, Kano).
