Jihar Ogun,Jiha ce dake kudu maso yammacin, Najeriya. Wacce aka ƙirƙira a ranar 3 ga watan Fabrairun shekarar alif 1976 daga yankin jihar yammacin Najeriya. Jihar Ogun tana da iyaka da jihar Lagos daga kudu, jihar Oyo dkuma a Osun daga arewa, jihar Ondo da kuma Jamhuriyar Benin daga yamma. Babban birnin jihar ita ce Abeokuta, kuma ita ce birni mafi girma ta fuskar yawan jama'a. Sauran muhimman birane sun haɗa da, Ijebu Ode babban birnin Daular Ijebu, sai kuma Sagamu (inda aka fi samun goro a Najeriya).[1] Ogun na da yanayi na rain forest da kuma manyan itace daga arewa maso yamma.

Tana da yawan fili kimanin kilomita arba’in 16,980.55[2] da yawan jama’a 3,751,140 (a bisa ƙidayar shekarar 2006). Inda jihar ta zamo ta 16 a yawan jama'a a Najeriya.[3] Gwamnan jihar shi ne Dapo Abiodun na jam'iyyar APC, wanda aka rantsar a ranar 29 ga watan Mayun, 2019 a babban filin wasan ƙwallon kafa na MKO Abiola Stadium dake Kuto, Abeokuta.

Ana mata laƙabi da "Mashigar Najeriy" wato (Gateway of Nigeria), kuma garin ya yi fice da manyan gidajen masana'antu da kuma zama tushen ƙere-ƙere a Najeriya. Sanannun masana'antun jihar sun haɗa da Kamfanin Simintin Dangote dake Ibese,[4] Kamfanin Nestle,[5] Kamfanin siminti na Lafarge dake Ewekoro, Kamfanin Memmcol dake Orimerunmu,[6] Kamfanin Coleman Cables dake Sagamu da Arepo,[7] Kamfanin Procter & Gamble dake Agbara[8] da dai sauransu.

Mafi akasarin mutanen Ogun Yarbawa ne,[9] inda suke amfani da harshen yarbanci a matsayin yaren garin. Addinai dake da mafi yawan mabiya sune Musulunci da Kiristanci, duk da akwai sauran mabiya addinan gargajiya a Jihar.[10] Jihar Ogun ta yi fice a wajen samar da Shinkafar Ofada. Har wayau, jihar Ogun ta kasance gida ga taurari da manyan mutane daban daban a Najeriya da sassan Afurka gaba ɗaya daya.

Asalin yarukan Jihar Ogun sun hada da Ẹgba, the Ijebu, the Remo, the Egbado, the Awori da kuma Egun. Akwai kuma sauran ƙananan yaruka da kamar su Ikale, the Ketu, the Ohori da kuma Anago.[11]

Jihar Ogun ta rabu zuwa mazaɓu guda uku Ogun ta Tsakiya, Ogun ta Gabas da kuma Ogun ta Yamma.

Ogun ta Tsakiya ta ƙunshi mutanen Egba wanda ta mamaye ƙananan hukumomi shida: Abeokuta ta Arewa (Akomoje), Abeokuta ta Kudu (Ake), Ewekoro (Itori), Ifo (Ifo), Obafemi owode (Owode ẹgba) da kuma Odeda (Odeda).

Ogun ta Gabas ta ƙunshi mutanen Ijebu da kuma mutanen Remos wanda ta mamaye ƙananan hukumomi tara: Ijebu ta Gabas (Ogbẹrẹ), Ijebu ta Arewa (Ijebu Igbo), Ijebu ta Arewa maso Gabas (Attan), Ijebu ode (Ijebu ode), Ikenne (Ikenne remo), Odogbolu (Odogbolu), Ogun waterside (Abigi), Remo ta Arewa (Ilisan Remo) da kuma Sagamu (Sagamu).

Ogun ta Yamma ta kunshi mutanen Yewa (wanda aka sani da mutanen Egbado a da) wacce ta mamaye ƙananan hukumomi biyar: Ado odo Ota (Otta), Imeko Afon (Imeko), Ipokia (Ipokia), Yewa ta Arewa (Ayetoro) da kuma Yewa ta Kudu (Ilaro).

Jihar Ogun tana da manyan Makarantun sakandare na gwamnatin Tarayya waɗanda suka haɗa da Federal Government Girls' College, Sagamu[12] da kuma Federal Government College, Odogbolu[13] da Federal Science da kuma Technical College, Ijebu-Imushin.[14]

A Jihar Ogun akwai Jami'a ta Gwamnati Tarayya guda ɗaya watau the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB[15]) da kuma kwalejin ilimi na Gwamnatin Tarayya guda ɗaya, FCE Osiele wanda duka suna nan a ƙaramar hukumar Odeda. Sannan akwai kwalejin ilimi ta jiha watau Tai Solarin College of Education (TASCE[16]) wacce aka fi sani a da da Kwalejin Jihar Ogun. Akwai kuma Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY[17]), wacce aka fi sani ada da Polytechnic ta jihar Ogun, Ojere, Abeokuta. Sai kuma Gateway Polytechnic Saapade,[18] Remo (GAPOSA), Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic,[19] Ijebu-Igbo (Aapoly) (wanda aka sani ada da 'The Polytechnic Ijebu-Igbo)


Har wayau, akwai kuma jam'oi ƙarƙashin Gwamnatin jihar Ogun: Jami'ar Olabisi Onabanjo, Ago Iwoye (wacce aka fi sani da Jami'ar Jihar Ogun), da kuma Jami'ar Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED[20]) Ijebu Ode.

Jihar Ogun tana da Jami'oi har guda tara waɗanda suke da rijista da ƙungiyar jami'oin Najeriya, wanda hakan yasa ta zamo jiha mafi yawan jami'i a Najeriya. Sannan akwai jami'oi masu zaman kansu da dama,[21] kamar su Chrisland University, Abeokuta Bells University of Technology a Ota, Covenant University da kuma Babcock University dake Ilisan-Remo, wa ce itace Jami'a ta yan kasuwa ta farko a Najeriya.

Jihar tana da asibitoci da dama waɗanda suka hada da Federal Medical Center dake babban birnin Abeokuta, da kuma Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital a Sagamu. Har ila yau akwai wurin horar masu bauta kasa wato National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) wanda ke karamar hukumar Sagamu.
