Jihar Neja Jaha ce dake Arewa[1] ta tsakiyar Najeriya[2]. Tana da yawan fili kimanin kilomita dubu saba'in da shida da Dari uku da sittin da uku (76,363 ), da yawan jama’a kimanin miliyan uku da dubu dari tara da hamsin da hudu Du da dari bakwai da saba'in da biyu, kidayar yawan jama'a na shekara ta dubu biyu da shida(2006).Babban birnin jahar shine Minna[3].
Jihar Neja na cikin jihohi talatin da shida 36, na Najeriya Takenta shi ne '"Power State"' saboda tana da madatsun ruwa guda uku (3) da ke samar da kusan kashi saba'in 70% na wutar lantarkin Najeriya.
